Scenties are slow-release laundry fragrance boosters designed to keep your clothes smelling fresh for days. Our playful shaped beads that dissolve in the wash and make laundry day way more satisfying.
Are Scenties safe to use?
Yes! Our boosters are made to be gentle, fully dissolvable, and safe for most fabrics. As with any laundry product, we recommend a patch test on delicate items first.
Where are Scenties made?
Scenties are proudly designed in the UK with high-quality ingredients and serious attention to scent.

How do I use Scenties?
LOAD your laundry, POP your chosen amount of Scenties into your hand, and TOP it into the drum before washing as usual. That’s it!
Do the beads dissolve in cold washes?
Yep! Our beads are fully dissolvable even at lower temperatures — just make sure to pour them directly into the drum, not the detergent drawer.
Which scent is stronger?
Golden Gardenia is bold and warm with long-lasting floral notes. Jasmine Breeze is lighter, fresh, and perfect for subtle scent lovers.
Can I use Scenties with sensitive skin?
Many of our customers with sensitive skin use Scenties with no issues, but everyone’s different. If you’re unsure, we recommend trying a small amount first or testing on one garment.

How do I place an order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to make changes. Just get in touch with us as soon as possible!
I forgot to use my discount code — what now?
No worries! Message us with your order number and the code you meant to use, and we’ll see what we can do.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days, depending on your location.
Do you offer tracked delivery?
Yes, all our orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we’re working on it! For now, we only ship within the UK.

What if I’m not happy with my order?
We want you to love your Scenties. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll offer a full refund once the item is returned.
My product arrived damaged — what should I do?
Oh no! Please send us a photo of the damage and your order number, we’ll get a replacement or refund sorted for you right away.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are usually processed within 2–4 working days.
